This natural and elegant looking curtain was sourced from a handcraft workshop that we discovered in the Weishan Old Town, Yunnan Province of China. It was once the birthplace of an ancient kingdom, today still remains to be a really original and authentic place, where the well-kept ancient art is preserved and passed down from one generation to another in the family crafts workshop. Hand orders fabric dyeing and emboidering are well-preserved craftsmenship in this area. All using natural dyes obtained from natural plants grown locally, the secret dying technique brings delicately beautiful color palette to the natural fabrics.
