All orders are shipped via US Postal Service via Priority Mail 2-3 day delivery.
A Shipping Notification with Tracking Number will be sent to you as soon as a shipping label is created. During high season or Holidays, I may print the shipping labels ahead of time, but your package will not be shipped til closer the date you select.

Cakes & Cookies by Clau (CCbyClau) is not liable for any cookies damaged during shipping or late deliveries. Once the order is shipped, I am not responsible for the way the box will be handled. In case your package suffers any damage or is lost, it is insured for up to $ 50.00 with USPS. If you want to add insurance value to it, please let me know in advance to add this value. All claims should be handled by the buyer.

We are not responsible for uncollected packages, undeliverable or incorrect addresses. No refunds will orders be issued in these cases. To avoid any delays, make sure the address listed on your Etsy account is up to date.

All cookies are shipped individually bagged in sealed clear cellophane bags to maintain freshness. A bakery label with the ingredient listing*** is included in the box.
