This dress is so cute. Size youth orders medium. Tag only says med. so it could be youth or women's. But think it's youth!!! Measurements in photos!! there are a few minor flaws. Fabric tad faded in my opinion. Miss both buttons on the back for the adjustable straps. Easy fix for someone who can sew a quick button on. And when I went to steam the dress the inside started to change and has some blue pigment on inside. Doesn't seem to show on the outside. Also missing flower pin.
