Tutu long orders black tulle and satin

Several layers of ruffled tulle give a lot of volume to the petticoat. The orders skirt background is in black satin. The waist is elasticated.

A decorative ribbon knot is sewn into the back. The tulle used is a very thin and supple tulle.
