This is a very full light blue petticoat slip with 4 tiers of ruffles in a single layer of giant volumous swirl. This is one from the 50's and it is made from soft netting with a soft, almost cotton feel to it. It has an elastic waistband, which can be shortened or lengthened if needed.

I just put new elastic in it measurements of it below, but it could be made smaller by taking that in. Also the color is a bit faded at the hemline. The top placket is made with green satin.

The slip has no tag on it. So, please see measurements and please ask questions should you have any concerns about them.
