This original wood burn art is inspired by the natural and untamed beauty and wildlife in our area. The Mojave / Sonoran deserts are home to so many rugged species of plant and animal that have truly earned their keep in this impossible place.

Home to the iconic Joshua Tree, I find our desert to be of the most magical type, seeing the struggle and the reward, or sometimes the consequences of this tough landscape.

Every piece is handmade on various wood panel, orders some new and rooms recycled. I try to capture the feeling or the personality of each scene, or plant I'm drawing and burning... they all have such their own, it's apparent as soon as you meet one.

Larger pieces have picture backing to hang, and smaller ones will sometimes have magnets for unique placement!
