Orders Vintage Folk Art MOUNTAIN Lake LANDSCAPE Oil Painting Signed Pine FRAME c1930s

Here is a vintage folk art painting on hardboard of a lake and mountains view. It is framed in a worn handmade pine wood frame. The entire piece measures orders 9 5/8 x 21 in. The painting alone measures 8 x 18 1/2 in. It is signed Jensen ? , I think, at the bottom right. This type of art was very popular among tourists that went to the mountains and is a form of ' roadside art',as artists would sell their art by the side of the road.The painting is on FAIR as is vintage condition with some scrapped paint at the bottom right,a chip of paint missing in the middle right side. The frame is in good condition with many nicks & dings,solid and sturdy still. The art could be restored of left as is. I would date this art to the 1930s time period.
