(shoulders up is the minimum for the pic, though id prefer to do fullbodies and waistups if possible! ;o; ) **
Im willing to do complex characters, but they will be pricier (complex as in extra arms/ extremities, big wings **they will be small n chibified otherwise** super complex and specific designs) feel free to shoot me a message with pics if you arent sure if your oc is complex in this regard or not ^w^
