each cookie is individually heat sealed to preserve freshness. cookies stay fresh for 2-3 weeks+ if keeper in sealed bag

all sales are final, cookies are made from scratch just for you therefore we do not accept returns.

Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any delays, lost or stolen packages with USPS. all cookies are packaged in an bubble wrap so that they stay intact throughout their journey to you we are not responsible if a cookie break even tho it has never happen before it is a possibility. Please be aware that cookies are decorated with royal icing which dries firm /hard this is needed so cookies can last thru the shipping journey.
