Description

Product Name: Clay water flask, water bag, orders 1 L. Norway/Belgium/Netherlands (IX -X c.) Early medieval, reenactment, SCA, LARP

Clay water bag also called Czutorka in Polish
Capacity approx. 1 l.
Weight: 780 g.

The presented flask is a reconstruction of one of the three known clay water bags of this type. Ertvelde-Zelzate, currently Belgium, 9th century Dorestad, present day Netherlands, 9th-10th centuries Kaupang, Norway 9th-10th c.

Clay flasks, like leather ones, are used to transport liquids. However, they have a number of advantages that put them above their leather counterparts.

- Czutorka keeps the temperature very well, ensuring that both hot and cold drinks maintain their state for a long time.
- We can also pour strong alcohols into a clay skin bag, without fear that orders it will damage the structure of the skin - which happens when using leather.
- Despite its weight, it is very handy thanks to the handles for attaching it.
- It has very thick walls that withstand shocks and moderate impacts - of course, we do not advise you to throw the quadcap.
- Dishwasher safe.

Clay flast is perfect for reconstruction marches, as well as in civilian use.
