The cardboard backing will be removed in order to ship in a Priority Mail padded envelope. I orders take the upmost care in packaging your layer cakes. They will be rolled gently and tied with ribbon much like a jelly roll in order to prevent creasing or wrinkling. If you would prefer to pay the extra shipping in order to not have the cardboard removed please message me so I can set up a custom order for you.
