So this phone worked amazing until yesterday. I came home it was completely dead and thought it needed a charge. It won't charge, turn on or anything. I have done multiple steps to try and get it to work. The Tmobile store calls it the Black Screen of Death. So I just ordered a replacement. I am obviously unable to factory reset or anything. So if you can fix it and get it to work, please orders remove all information is all I ask. I have the original charger as well. In great condition, maybe a few scratches or normal wear or tear. I may have original box, not sure, will have to check.
