Vintage 1940 Handmade Drawing Coloring Framed Original Wall Art Boating Shore Winter orders Coast Snow

Very nice 1940's framed drawing original. It is signed and dated orders but I can't quite make out the artist. The frame looks to be the original, and needs a bit of taping on the back to hold artwork in the piece. Entire framed piece measures 8 3/4" x 6 3/4"

All items have lived a previous life, which is usually visible. Any significant marks, etc. will be mentioned in the listing, but please examine photos closely.
