Vintage 3M Sasheen model S-71 ribbon bow maker. This unit functions properly, but I believe it may be missing a belt for the white plastic wheels. I am unsure what that belt does as the machine seems to work correctly without it and I have seen others sell without that belt. I put a rubber band where I believe the belt is supposed to be, but I really have no idea what orders the purpose is. The crank handle is broken, but still spends freely.
