The orders Pteranodon

One of the famous flying reptiles the Pteranodon soared across the north American skies looking like a cross between a giant bat and a large pelican. It had the wing span of a small plane and yet weighed no more than a large turkey. It lived alongside a land locked ocean, probably in Cliff top colonies, from which it could launch itself on marathon fishing expeditions.
