The Garland 1/2" Scale Dollhouse Kit - Includes: laser etched and cut pieces ready to assemble and instructions.

Includes: Walls, Floor, Roof, non-working Windows and non-working door - Can be quickly assembled using the tab and slots. This is a very fun kit to build, you can keep as a hobby piece or give this to a young child who will have hours of fun!

The Garland Dollhouse Kit is made in San Diego ,CA. and is just one of our many dollhouse kits, and miniatures models available. Each kit can be built, and painted or left unfinished. If you plan to paint, we recommend using a wood sealer first to ensure the best surface for painting.

Measures : 13" wide x 7" deep x orders 13" high - the ceiling is 4" tall for the first and second floor.

Scale: is Approx. 1/2"
