Custom 9x12 Perpetual Award orders Plaque 12 Plate, Trophy 2 Finishes, Your Wording!

This 9x12 perpetual plaque comes with a main header plate and 12 black brass (engraves gold) engraving plates all attached. It is available in cherry finish or black marble finish (you can combine finishes on one order). Please make sure you choose a finish. Wood composition with keyhole mountings cut for vertical hanging. Comes with your own custom engraving. Enter your engraving instructions in the box provided at checkout and double check your spelling; you will receive it just as you have instructed us.

Engraving is FREE on ALL plates. After the original engraving, just return the blank plates to us with engraving instructions and a self-addressed, stamped envelope. This plaque is shipped to you as pictured with as many plates engraved as you give us instructions for. Please make sure your engraving instructions are complete and correct for each plate.
