Lovely Victorian black micro pleated silk faille bag.
The color is a very deep black purple.

There are 2 metal wave shape closings one with a ball on the top and a small fabric handle
Nicely gathered at the top
and nicely lined with a clean deep purple brownish lining
Soft structure, roomy inside and a small flap orders pocket on the side

Good vintage condition, The handle has some fabric thining due to age, please check all photos.
Except for the handle I see no issues at all. The metal clasp has some tarnish due to age but it is not noticeable
